The ancient architecture and infrastructure in Canterbury city centre required Gala Lights to create a bespoke scheme tailored to the unique conditions.

Following extensive site surveys and infrastructure testing, we designed a scheme featuring string lights and light curtains which are lightweight but very impactful over large distances.

Canterbury's scheme includes:

• Natural trees illuminated

• 12m² Light Canopies

• High-quality Lamp Column Motifs

• Light Curtains with Chandelier Centrepieces

• Zig-Zag hanging of Warm White Icicle Lights

• Over 3km x Glittering LED Garland on shop fronts

• Glittering Curtains of Warm White lights on Historic Towers

• Marlowe Theatre frontage and Christmas tree

“Thank you for the wonderful lights! The Westgate Towers were particularly spectacular this year.” Canterbury BID

We design and supply lights for events and occasions throughout the year.

• Why wait for Christmas? By using ice white lights with a frozen or winter theme, our professional LED lights can brighten your place all winter long. Winter lights provide a much-needed boost to atmosphere and footfall throughout the darker months.

• Looking for something spooky this Halloween? We have an extensive range of spiders, bats, pumpkins and ghosts which can be hung on existing infrastructure, before the festive lights are illuminated in November.

• Planning an event for Diwali this year? We have a selection of Diwali designs or can design something bespoke for your festival of lights.

• Summer evenings can be even more joyful with the addition of lights. We can supply year-round illuminations to bring extra sparkle to your retail, leisure or entertainment area.
